Job Description

Job summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP), you are responsible for a full cycle of the recruitment process and optimizing a company’s overall talent acquisition function.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment (50%)
    • Partner with hiring managers to verify the job description and requirements for right target candidates hiring
    • Consult hiring managers if any matters in market resource to seek solutions and adjustment for hiring candidates
    • Execute a full cycle of recruitment process
    • Develop talent pool and pipeline in accordance with business line needs
    • Follow up and support new hires during probation period and in needs for adapting with working environment
    • Support to manage the efficiency of recruitment budget and lead-time for job fulfillment.
  2. Employer Branding (15%)
    • Support to develop and maintain relationships with universities for employer branding activities (career talks, career fairs, scholarship program, company tours)
    • Execute employer branding, including internal engagement and outside activities (annual survey: Vietnam Best place to work, Happiness at work, HRAA)
    • Design poster, image and content to promote company values and image on career site, facebook and Linkedin
    • Contribute to improve and upgrade interface and marketing activities to boost appearance of career site to attract more followers and members
  3. Business Partnering (20%)
    • Consult business management and provide daily HR policy guidance
    • Analyze trends and HR metrics
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, support to build morale and increase productivity as retention
    • Support to monitor turnover and retention rates as well as propose employee engagement activities (company-wide and by department)
    • Support implementation and reports of workforce and succession planning
  4. Other Activities (15%)
    • Support for manpower reports monthly, quarterly and annually
    • Support to modify and standardize job profiles for key positions: define key scopes of work and key requirements of each position 
    • Support HR projects or other duties assigned by line manager

Job Requirement

1. Education & Experience requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in multinational companies
  • Good English communication (both verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platform (i.e. sites, slides, drive, docs, sheets)
  • Experience in using applicant tracking system (SAP or Oracle or ect) will be a plus
  • Strong sourcing skill to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, including employment, recruitment & resignation data
  • Basic knowledge and skills in designing poster, job adds
