Job Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
University degree
3+ years in HR field, with TA or HRBP experience to be preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
Good oral and written communication in Japanese is a MUST
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Good knowledge about Labor law and labor market in Vietnam
Ability to work with tight deadlines and cope with stressful situation at work
Being careful, detail-oriented, self-disciplined with ability to work independently
Good communication, problem solving & presentation skill
