Role of team: Support providing proposal for engineering sales & join sales task
1. Create proposal materials for training, seminar & proposal AC solutions to actual projects
2. Communicate/ visit customers for consultation & proposal
3. Play a presenter of design/product training for customers
Resposibilities:
1. Support and advise on technical requirements for air conditioning products (especially UP products) for Departments and Customers (specification / technical issues, product knowledge).
2. Support to make product proposal materials including: compare characteristics and specifications of Daikin products with competitors, compare initial performance, propose energy-saving solutions, (calculate power consumption, cost of return) space saving, etc.
3. Visiting customers with Sales department to support, consult solutions and handle technical problems.
4. Support departments on technical topics for internal seminars (eg: introduction of new products, Daikin's strategic products...) and other seminars (on request from departments: product application products into new projects, technologies…) (preparing presentation materials at the request of customers, presenters, Q&A).
5. Support training sessions for internal and customers of Sales departments (contractors, designers, consultants ...) on topics such as Design Software, VRV Training,....
6. Internal training of department & external customers (making presentations and presentations about product proposal skill and knowledge).
7. Technical support for Special Tasks: Airshop, BIM/IEQ, Cold Chain,...
- Bachelor degree of engineering (preferred thermal major)
- Fresh graduate to 3 years of experience in HVAC SE Consultant, contractor (HVAC Design or HVAC Engineer) is better
- Good at MS Office, AutoCad, Revit software
- Trustworthy, have passion and detail - oriented
- Good at communication, presentation
- Ability to work individual or as a team
