Give guidelines and advice to employees on any HR related queries (SAP system, policies, benefits, on boarding, resignation, etc.)
Plan and conduct CSR activities such as cooperation activities with universities (scholarship, factory tour, job fair, career seminar, training program, etc.)
3. HRBP task
Act as business partner to understand on business situation and timely give effective support to departments
Support on employee performance evaluation (KPI) periodically in branch
Give effective guidelines and advice to employees on implementation of company labor regulations and social insurance/PIT policies in line with Vietnam laws and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Law major is advantageous)
Have from 3-5 years’ experience in HR functions such as recruitment (have candidate pool database), training, performance appraisal, employee engagement,…
Good at Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop,…)
Good at communication, negotiation, presentation skills
Have experience with SAP system is advantageous
Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
