Employee profile:
- Update and manage employee databases, files, and records.
- Monitor leave records and labor contracts.
- Collect HR data and receive personnel requests from other departments to process.
Social Insurance (TS24):
- Social Insurance declaration for new employees; sickness & maternity leave; resignation cases (monthly and when they arise).
- Make monthly social insurance payment reports
- Check and reconcile the data with C12 report.
- Closing social insurance books paid to employees.
- Declare and submit applications for social insurance benefits including sickness, maternity, and convalescence.
PIT:
- Open tax code for new employees (if any)
- Register a tax dependent
- Issue personal income tax documents to employees upon request from the employee.
Expat:
- Prepare contracts for foreigners when they expire or new employees arise
- Support opening/closing bank accounts, updating information of foreigners when there are changes in personal information including signing new contracts or changes. passport,….
-Support procedures for receiving one-time social insurance when foreign employees quit their jobs (if any).
Reports:
-Annual Labor Report, including branches in Binh Duong, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh.
- Labor Declaration report / Labor Report for the first 6 months of the year and the end of the year.
- Report on occupational accidents in the first 6 months/ whole year.
- Report on unemployment insurance participation in the previous year.
- Other internal reports (monthly/quarterly)
Other Tasks:
- Human resources system: Complete and update Contract templates when there are updates, … other tasks in system.
- Prepare documents for the Company's condolence regime for employees (including births, marriages, bereavements, etc.).
- Other tasks are assigned as assigned by Manager (if any).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in C&B or HR-related tasks
- Basic understanding of Social Insurance (BHXH) regulations and labor laws is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
