Doing reports as assigned. Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the General Manager including: managing an active calender of appointments; completing expense and other reports as assigned; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
Doing other analysists regarding to Daikin different sales channels & products. Provide necessary oversight and assist analyst team with dashboard and report generation regarding to Daikin sales channels & products; translate skateholders requirements into reporting deliverable
Visiting customers & to observe market trend. Maintaining contact with customer; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus group; benchmark bespractices and analyzing information of the market trend
Contacting & working with other Departments/Divisions: Cordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives; build cross-functional relationship between department; general office duties as needed
Other admin tasks assigned by HCM Branch Head: Handing external and internal communication or management system; inplementing other admin tasks as assigned by HCM Branch Head

Bachelor degree in any field or Engineer, related industries knowledge is a plus
Proficient in MS-office, specially Excel & Powerpoint
Fluently in English, Japanese is preferable
Hard working, good communication, arranging and analytic skills
