Job Description

  • Responsible for communicating with stakeholders including customers, business managers, and the R&D team to make sure the product line-up and features are aligned with business objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create a product roadmap which is a visual summary to outline the direction for the product offering in 1-3 years  
  • Work closely with R & D during the development time of the product.
  • Get feedback from Dealer, salesman about the market, the customer concerns points, hearing about new and existing products… for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market surveys to understand and anticipate the customers’ needs and collect information and analysis.
  • Write product requests including required request’s background, specification, estimate the sale quantity of model in next 1-3 years and any regulations related.
  • Study competitors: new product, specification comparison, price ...
  • Market data analysis (GFK report, import data…) and market presentation report
  • Conduct the Testing products if needed 
  • Involve in product launch and follow up product of sale after launch
  • Internal New Product training for related departments 
  • Collaboration with other departments such as Sales, Technical support, Service...
  • Contact point with R&D at Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia about residential products.
  • Supporting other things related to Residential products

Job Requirement

  • Background: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (HVAC background is an advantage)
  • Experience:  2-3 years working experience (with at least 1 year in HVAC is preferred)
  • English communication ability (speaking and writing)
  • Data analysis, MS excel skill.
  • Good communication and presentation
  • Responsibility spirit and teamwork
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Willing to learn.
  • Good listening.  
  • Willing to travel
