1. Building Management Support
- Work closely with the property management company (CBRE) to ensure smooth daily operations of the building.
- Supervise and guide CBRE in following agreed processes, standards, and procedures.
- Handle and coordinate solutions for issues related to technical systems, security, cleaning, and tenant services.
- Propose improvements to enhance building efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
2. Leasing
- Search for and approach potential tenants for available office spaces (7th & 8th floors).
- Negotiate rental terms, pricing, and contract conditions with tenants.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate signing of lease agreements.
- Follow up with tenants regarding payments and provide continuous support during the lease term.
- Update market information, rental rates, and competitors’ activities to propose effective leasing strategies.
3. Administration
- Draft, review, and maintain contracts related to leasing and building operations.
- Manage payment requests, invoices, expense claims, and monitor financial records.
- Support general office administration (documents, purchasing, office supplies, event support).
- Act as a key contact between departments and external partners on administrative issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, or related fields.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in administration, leasing, or property management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English (both spoken and written).
• Having Property Management Certificate is a plus
