Job Description

  • Tư vấn các yêu cầu kỹ thuật và giải thích sự cố cho khách hàng
  • Trực tiếp sửa chữa và đưa ra biện pháp khắc phục cho khách hàng
  • Làm báo cáo sau khi hoàn thành công việc cho quản lý trực tiếp
  • Thu thập và tổng hợp cac chính sách bảo hành của Dịch vụ sản phẩm UP
  • Các công việc khác được giao bởi quản lý trực tiếp

  • Consult technical inquiries & explain troubleshooting to customers
  • Directly repair & do countermeasures for customers
  • Do service reports after completing work for Service Leader/ Manager
  • Investigate & summarize warranty compensation of UP Service
  • Other tasks assigned by Leader/ Manager       

Job Requirement

  • Nam, Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật (ưu tiên ngành nhiệt lạnh)
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành ĐHKK hoặc ngành nghề liên quan (Ứng viên mới tốt nghiệp vẫn có thể ứng tuyển)
  • Có khả năng giao tiếp và xử lý vấn đề
  • Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc dưới áp lực cao
  • Sẵn sàng đi công tác và có điều kiện sức khỏe tốt

  • Male, Bachelor degree of engineering (preferred refrigeration major)
  • Preferred having experience in air conditioning or related field (fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Good at communication, problems solving
  • Ability to work individual and high pressure
  • Willing to go business trip & have good health condition
