Job Description

- On-job-training from Service, Maintenance department to get experience for training (Min 3 months )

- Support training material translation from English version to Vietnamese

- Make presentation materials by Powerpoint (contents & informations are availble in catalogue, technical documents, currently materials)

- Create, implement and monitor online training courses (on Zoom, GG classroom, DAIKIN training app...)

- Prepare and Conduct technical training courses (Present presentation materials, explain technical questions, guide pratice process for participant, control class schedule) of Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, Usage air conditioning unit (UP product: Split, Skyair, Package, VRV, Air purifier unit).

- Participate in training courses oversea, domestic to have Authorization trainer Certificate and update & then re-train to DAV employee & Customers

- Support, conduct assessment tests, skills exams...

- Create training report

- Fixed asset management, training tools

- Business trip (if needed)

Job Requirement

- Thermal & Refrigeration Engineer (GPA > 7.0)

- Dynamic, well-organized, enthusiasm

- Ability to work independently

- Communication English (Priority for Speaking and Listerning)

- Good for Microsoft office (special for powerpoint)

- Priority for presentation skill

- Construction and application of information technology in training

- Health, ready to go on business
