Job Description

  • In charge of Data/Report for Sales Department
  • Combine Forecast from all SE monthly & allocation for each Contract, PO
  • AR follow & Stock Monitoring
  • Control & follow up on Bank Guarantee
  • Create SO, invoices and control overdue of contracts
  • Prepare database for Report (as require), daily, monthly & other urgent reports as needed
  • Keep track the progress of projects for delivery
  • Other admin jobs will be assigned by Sales Manager

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experienced
  • Good at Computer skills (word, excel, power point)
  • Friendly, active, patient and detail – oriented
  • Good in English
  • Ability to work individual and high pressure
