Job Description

1. Build Cold Chain Business from Ground Up

Develop and execute business plans for refrigeration / cold chain solutions in Vietnam
Identify key target segments: retail chains, food processing, logistics, pharma ….

2. Work Close to the Market

Conduct market research with:
- Dealers, contractors, installers
- Investors, developers, consultants
Analyse competitors and define market positioning

3. Drive Project & B2B Sales

Approach and develop key accounts (chain stores, cold storage, etc.)
Work on real projects:
- Proposal
- Technical solution
- Commercial negotiation

4. Connect Engineering with Business

Translate customer needs into technical solutions
Collaborate with internal teams:
- Sales
- Engineering
- Supply chain
Work with regional teams (Japan, Malaysia)

5. Strategic Planning & Execution

Build pipeline, forecast sales
Track performance & report to management

Support strategic decision for new business development

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC / Mechanical / Thermal Engineering
2–5 years experience in:
- HVAC / Refrigeration
- OR technical sales / project sales (B2B)
Good English (working with regional teams)

Experience in:
- Cold room / CDU / unit cooler / showcase / refrigeration system
- Retail chains / F&B / logistics / cold storage projects
Exposure to:
- Contractor / consultant ecosystem
- Project-based sales

Strong business mindset (not just technical)
Good communication & presentation
Analytical thinking (market + numbers)
Proactive, hunter mindset
Able to work independently & under pressure
