Job Description

1. Build Cold Chain Business from Ground Up

  • Develop and execute business plans for refrigeration / cold chain solutions in Vietnam
  • Identify key target segments: retail chains, food processing, logistics, pharma ….

2. Work Close to the Market

  • Conduct market research with:
    • Dealers, contractors, installers
    • Investors, developers, consultants
  • Analyse competitors and define market positioning

3. Drive Project & B2B Sales

  • Approach and develop key accounts (chain stores, cold storage, etc.)
  • Work on real projects:
    • Proposal
    • Technical solution
    • Commercial negotiation

4. Connect Engineering with Business

  • Translate customer needs into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams:
    • Sales
    • Engineering
    • Supply chain
  • Work with regional teams (Japan, Malaysia)

5. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Build pipeline, forecast sales
  • Track performance & report to management

Support strategic decision for new business development

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC / Mechanical / Thermal Engineering
  • 2–5 years experience in:
    • HVAC / Refrigeration
    • OR technical sales / project sales (B2B)
  • Good English (working with regional teams)
  • Experience in:
    • Cold room / CDU / unit cooler / showcase / refrigeration system
    • Retail chains / F&B / logistics / cold storage projects
  • Exposure to:
    • Contractor / consultant ecosystem
    • Project-based sales
  • Strong business mindset (not just technical)
  • Good communication & presentation
  • Analytical thinking (market + numbers)
  • Proactive, hunter mindset
  • Able to work independently & under pressure
