Job Description

- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves Level One problems for user’s PC based software and hardware, office network, the Internet, and new computer technology; communicates solutions to end-users.
- Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems, e-mail, Internet, VPN, and local-area network access problems.
- Delivers, tags, sets up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
- Manage AD server, access door system, camera system.
- Coordinates timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third-party vendor
maintenance agreements.
- Performs minor desktop hardware repair for PC computer equipment and peripherals that are not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
- Manage and audit hardware inventory and software site licenses, as well as security and compliance policies.
- Provide training to employees, both formal and ad hoc, on software usage and good security practices
- Regular attendance at work and at scheduled meetings.
- Demonstrates cultural competence and behaviors consistent with the core values, vision, and mission
- Other duties as assigned.
 

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field, is
required.
2. Experience 1 year or more
3. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability
required:
- General knowledge of server and client systems hardware.
- Server OS: Windows 2008 (R2), 2012 (R2)
- Client OS: Windows 7,8.x,10
- Networking: general knowledge of devices, LAN/WAN concepts, data transmission, routing,
protocol stack, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, firewalls
- Active Directory – concept, topology, general admin tasks
- Must be Proficient in Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio…
- Additional knowledge in cloud technologies, backup software
- Troubleshooting skills: Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Well English communication skill
